The admission procedure involves the following steps
Medical universities in Poland have made the application and enrolment process easier and seamless for their international students, including Indian students.
The application process for MBBS program in almost all medical universities in Poland commences from the month April/May to July.
As an aspirant, one must keep track of the notifications by visiting one’s shortlisted universities.
Polish medical universities make available the application form link on their official websites in April or May. Students can learn about the application form by visiting the official website of the institute.
Fill the application form seeking admission into the shortlisted institute with all the requisite credentials, such as certificates of the candidate’s educational qualification, copies of documents (passport, medical certificate, etc).
Once the application has been submitted, a candidate only needs to wait for a week to receive a formal response from the shortlisted university concerned, wherein they mention if you have been shortlisted or rejected. Universities in Poland have efficient administration to expedite the application-screening process. This gives selected students from India time to prepare for the travel.
Once a candidate receives the invitation/acknowledgement letter from the respective university, he/she can apply for visa. He/she can apply for a student visa from Polish Embassy in India. It would require the candidate to send the requisite documents to the Polish which includes the invitation letter from the university.
The candidate may require to pay tuition fee (a partial amount) as per guidelines suggested by the University (it may vary from one university to another).
Once the Visa is approved, the candidate can plan for the departure and prepare for the new journey. A candidate enrolled in MBBS program in Poland is required to arrive in Poland by September 2nd week.
