Supreme Court to hear on Monday AAP leader's Durgesh Pathak's plea against his election in 2022 bypoll

The Supreme Court will hear a plea by AAP leader Durgesh Pathak on Monday, seeking the dismissal of a petition challenging his 2022 bypoll election to Delhi's Rajinder Nagar Assembly seat. The petition, filed by Rajan Tiwari, was previously brought before the Delhi High Court. The Supreme Court had requested Tiwari's response in the matter on November 14, 2024, and had stayed the election petition proceedings.
