Apex Court Appoints Justice L Nageswara Rao to Head SCBA Reforms Panel

The Supreme Court has appointed its former judge, Justice L Nageswara Rao, to lead a panel on electoral reforms in the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA). The committee will recommend eligibility criteria and amendments in the SCBA’s bye-laws for executive committee elections. The court has given two weeks for bar members to suggest names for the committee. The matter will be heard on April 7.
