What is Tadalis?

This is a medication primarily used by men to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), which is when a guy has trouble getting or keeping an erection that's firm enough for sex. The active ingredient in Tadalis is tadalafil, the same drug that's in the well-known brand Cialis. It works by helping to relax the blood vessels in the penis, allowing more blood to flow in when a man is sexually aroused, which helps him achieve and maintain an erection. While tadalafil itself can also be used for symptoms of an enlarged prostate (BPH), Tadalis is generally marketed and sought after specifically for its ED-treating capabilities, essentially as a generic alternative to Cialis.
