Is Cenforce safe to use?
That's a loaded question, and the honest answer is: it's risky, and often not safe in the way a prescribed, regulated medication is. Cenforce contains sildenafil citrate, the same stuff in Viagra, and is used for erectile dysfunction. The big problem is that Cenforce is frequently sold online without a prescription and comes from unregulated sources. This means you have no real guarantee of what's actually in it – the dose could be wrong (too high, leading to nasty side effects like dangerous drops in blood pressure or prolonged erections; or too low, making it useless), it could be contaminated, or even contain different, harmful substances. Taking it without a doctor's okay also means you're bypassing crucial checks for heart conditions or drug interactions (especially with nitrates, which is a massive danger). So, while the intended ingredient can be safe under medical supervision, using unregulated Cenforce is rolling the dice with your health.
